Every order at NetStack Builder comes with one support incident, with up to 30 minutes of phone support for the first 30 days.

A support incident is any one topic or point of help that is needed, with up to a 30 minute phone call if needed.

To set up a support incident, please email support@netstackbuilder.ca with a description of your issue and your order number to get started.

If you need support beyond 1 incident and/or 30 minutes, additional incidents and time can be purchased.

This offering is new from NetStack Builder and we are constantly tweaking it, so we are unable to guarantee future availability of this service.
